About

In 2009 I was privileged to participate in an Icon class given by Jody Cole of Mechanicsburg, PA. This was a turning point in my artistic career, having been a watercolor and acrylic artist for over 11 years. After that initial class I realized that God called me to that class and to share and promote the ancient art of Iconography.

Mission

Iconography is unlike any other art form today. Instituted by the ancient artists of the world beginning with Saint Luke and his image of "Theotokos", Mary the mother of Jesus, these images are intended to remind us of the eternal love of God and how he has provided inspiration and guidance for us since the beginning of time. I strive to bring that same devotion to our Lord and God through prayer and instruction on the imagery and historical importance of Iconography.

Vision

Exploration of our faith journey and prayer through art is the goal of my work. In this exercise we can reach deeper levels of intimacy with God, our creator, with Jesus our Lord and Savior and with the Saints, who were sent and commissioned by God to help lead, guide and counsel us as children of God.
